Hi-Point’s 995TS 9mm carbine has an all-weather, polymer skeletonized stock with an internal recoil buffer, multiple Weaver-style rails, a sling, swivels, and scope base. It has a quick on/off thumb safety, grip-mounted clip release, last round lock open feature, and fully adjustable sights (post front, peep rear). The 995TS carbine has a 16.5″ barrel for an OAL of 31″. Hi-Point produces affordable, American-made firearms featuring 100% American parts and assembly. Hi-Point carbines are +P rated and accept all factory ammunition. This CA compliant model has a black stock with CA paddle grip, black metal finish and includes a 10-round magazine. (The mag is not interchangeable with C9)

Select the quantity and hit “Add to Cart.”
You’ll select FFL during checkout. You may need to ask the dealer to email a signed copy of their FFL to [email protected], referencing your order number. They must also authorize shipment to their address. This is a general list of FFL dealers and not necessarily a list of who we ship to.
When your firearm arrives, visit the FFL to complete the ATF Form 4473, background check, and any state paperwork. Bring valid photo ID (and permits, if required), pay the dealer’s transfer fee and taxes, then head to the range with your new purchase!
